2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from creating Accounts or using mv789 services:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• Employees, contractors, or family members of mv789 and its affiliated entities.
• Individuals who have previously been banned or self-excluded from mv789 or other gambling platforms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

For example, a deposit of Rp 1,000,000 requires at least Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. 4. Betting and Gaming Rules

Asian Handicap bets use standard Asian handicap rules for half-goal and quarter-goal lines. Over/Under markets settle based on full-time scores unless otherwise specified. Mix parlay bets require all selections to win; if any leg loses, the entire ticket loses. Postponed matches void the selection in a parlay unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules.

4.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

Casino games, including live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) and slot games, are subject to the specific rules of each game provider. Only bets placed with real money count toward wagering requirements; bets placed using bonus funds do not contribute unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits While Bonus Active

7.2 mv789-Initiated Closure

mv789 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to underage gambling, fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.

In cases of Account closure due to violation of Terms, mv789 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account Balance, void outstanding bets, and refuse future service.

8. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mv789 and its operators, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or services, including but not limited to:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mv789 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
